Beyonce Steals The Show With First Post-Baby Appearance

Although Jay-Z made history performing a charity concert at Carnegie Hall in New York City February 6th, new mom-shell Beyonce stole the show. Donning a red dress, it was the singer's first public appearance since giving birth to baby daughter Blue Ivy exactly one month ago.
Looking incredibly voluptuous in a pair of Louboutins, the hot mama wore a huge blue sparkling ring which took center stage alongside the IV tattoo she and husband rapper Jay-Z have. The couple clearly love their number 4! We're sad that Baby Blue stayed home but we're happy to see the singer honoring her on her fingers in such a fly way.
